COVID-19
We are very excited to continue to welcome clients into the clinic!
There will however, be numerous changes in order to ensure the safely of our patients and staff. We are adhering to the current provincial guidelines set in place. We have ordered sneeze guards, additional hand sanitizers and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Thorough disinfecting will continue or occur before and after each appointment.
Here are some protocols we will be implementing for clients in order to mitigate risk even further:
Please do not come to the clinic if you have COVID-19 symptoms of fever and/or cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath and have recently travelled outside Canada, or if you were exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, then you should stay home, take the health link survey or call Health Link 811 for instructions.We will reschedule your appointments.
Do not go to a health care facility without consulting 811 first.
If you need immediate medical attention, call 911.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Should you be early, please wait outside. This will ensure fewer people in our waiting area. Appointment times will be longer
We ask that all clients arrive with no makeup.
Appointments will be cancelled at time of visit if any patient exhibits signs of illness or fever.
In order to reduce contact interactions, we will be running with a decreased front-end staff.
At times, there may not be a receptionist at the front and your technician will be there to take you in.
